Chinese Chowmin Noodle Recipe 🍜😋


Chow mein recipe.
Chow mein is a popular Chinese dish that is made with stir-fried noodles, vegetables, and often meat or seafood. Here is a basic recipe for making vegetable chow mein:
Ingredients:

1 pound of chow mein noodles
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of minced ginger
1 onion, sliced
2 cups of sliced vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, celery, and cabbage)
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1) Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2) In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

3) Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until slightly softened.

4) Add the sliced vegetables and mushrooms (if using) and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

5) Add the cooked noodles to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until the noodles are heated through.

6) Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7) Serve hot and enjoy! 🍜😋🤤

Note: You can add cooked meat or seafood to this recipe if desired. Just stir-fry it with the vegetables in step 4.
