How to make Chicken Kabab at Home
Chicken kabab is a popular Middle Eastern dish made with marinated chicken pieces that are skewered and grilled. Here's a simple recipe for making chicken kabab at home:
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
1) In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2) Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
3) Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4) Thread the chicken pieces onto the wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
