Making yummy steamed Momo dumplings

Momos are a type of dumpling that are popular in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and parts of India. They are usually filled with a combination of vegetables and/or meat, and can be steamed or fried. Here's a basic recipe for making momos at home:
Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour(maida)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup finely chopped vegetables (such as cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, onions)
1/2 cup ground meat (such as chicken, pork, beef)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add the water and knead the dough until it forms a smooth ball. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2) In another mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, ground meat, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

3) On a floured surface, roll out the dough into thin circles about 3-4 inches in diameter. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.

4) Fold the edges of the circle over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Pinch the edges together to seal the momo.

5) Place the momos on a greased steamer basket or tray. Steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and the filling is hot.

6) Serve the momos hot with dipping sauce such as chili oil, soy sauce, or tomato chutney.
